Order Placement

Status Updates

At your office, the closing officer depends on the notary to signal completion of the signing. Nothing is official until the docs are received, but it can help your workflow if you know the live status of the signing. The notary can send a quick text message to the closer stating the signing is delayed, in process, or complete. This allows the closer to keep their funding team updated on whether more funds might need to be disbursed, depending on the state and transaction type.
